If you are looking for courses to enroll in next Spring, check out these sustainability related courses.

FCS 496S: Sustainability in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS). This course is team taught by five FCS faculty members and will give students a theoretical and technical knowledge of sustainability in FCS including Interior Design, Apparel Design and Merchandizing, Family Studies, Consumer Affairs, and Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science.

PAS 590B: Sustainability and Environmental Justice in the African Diaspora. This course includes theories of sustainability, Black Environmental Thought, eco-imagination, linkages between environmental policies, poverty and racism, industrial pollution and black health issues and, creative conservationism. This is a graduate seminar and is open to all graduate students and seniors.
